The expanded Ellison Bay II leaves the main body of the original Ellison Bay home intact, expanding the master suite and garage. The Great Room is slightly modified to incorporate a computer desk alcove near the entry to the master. In this version, the foyer also gains a very large alcove suitable for a curio cabinet or perhaps a grandfather clock. The exterior becomes longer and an optional side entry garage is expanded.

The master bedroom now overlooks the backyard. You can add optional patio doors off the master for a private master suite patio (double window is standard).
