HomeBasix®,
without a doubt, has
Wisconsin’s absolute lowest
prices in new homes. Even if
you were to build your own home,
Home Basix® challenges anyone to
build this much home for this little
money.
- After shopping area competitors,Home Basix®will be many thousands of dollars below their
nearest competitor. This is true even after you
add options, lot, improvements, etc.
- Your equity may be up to $40,000 or more based
on the day you move into your new home.
- Home Basix® has a preferred finance partner who
can customize your mortgage to fit your
circumstance.
- Home Basix® begins with the lowest possible
essential home price, then you may choose to
either let Home Basix® do everything or you
may choose to provide or install some of the
items yourself.
- Some of the aforementioned items include
allowing you to choose (optional) carpet
(all vinyl flooring included), fireplace,
closet shelving, painting, light fixtures,
along with cable and phone jacks.
- By limiting floor plan customizing,
subcontractor prices are held
to rock bottom.

Meat And Potatoes (Home)
A good place to begin is to choose your main
course, which is the floor plan that best suits your
tastes and needs. While we do not offer customization
(other than the many variations seen in
this brochure), you are choosing a base onto
which you will begin to build your pricing
Your Table Setting (Lot)
Just as important as your main course is what we
call your table setting or building site/lot. If you
already own a lot or know of a lot that interests
you, let your server (salesperson) know so they can
make estimates on improvement costs. If you
need help locating a lot, we will gladly provide
expert assistance in locating your ideal lot. Your
home and lot are typically rolled together into one
simple finance package.
Your Side Dishes (Options)
Your main course floor plan achieves uncommonly
low prices by separating out many features and
amenities. For example, all homes come complete
with all systems and structure and ready for
occupancy permit, but for example carpet is
optional. Other items such as closet shelves and
poles may either be installed by the home buyer
or added at a discounted price by the builder.
Your Condiments (Improvements and Fees)
Just as spices and sauces may complete a meal,
there will be extra fees needed to join the home and
lot together. Your server will help you calculate
extras including municipal fees, permits, erosion
control, cleaning, sewer, water, porta potty, etc... |
